1. What vehicles do you support?
We currently offer parts and accessories for popular off-road platforms like the Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, Chevy Colorado, Jeep Wrangler, and more. If you're not sure if a product fits your vehicle, feel free to reach out!
2. Are your parts genuine and high quality?
Yes — we only source parts from trusted, high-performance brands like Baja Designs, Eibach, and other top-tier manufacturers in the off-road and performance world.
3. Do you offer installation services?
At this time, we do not offer in-house installation. However, we’re happy to help you find a recommended local installer or provide guidance for DIY setups.
4. How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by product and location, but you can typically expect your gear within 5–7 business days.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options soon — stay tuned!
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, feel free to contact us at info@obsidianoffroad.com.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unused and unopened items. Some exclusions may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Please reach out before sending anything back.
8. What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
No worries — we’ve got you. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us right away with photos and order details so we can make it right.
9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item ships, we may not be able to modify the order.
